  • 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
