  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 small zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
