  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
    2. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze the zucchini to remove excess moisture.

    5. Add the grated zucchini to the wet mixture and stir to combine.
    6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the batter is just combined.
    7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
    8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
